Sterilization Boundary
Due to the pharmaceutical nature of our inventory, returns are only authorized for products with an unbroken original clinical seal. Once the vacuum seal is compromised, the item is considered biologially un-exchangeable to ensure network-wide purity.
Return Authentication
Authorized returns must be initiated within 7 operational days of delivery. Each return undergoes a verification process by our laboratory technicians before a credit note or refund is issued to the synchronized account.
